Regional Transit Connections Plan (Stakeholders)

Welcome to the Regional Transit Connections Plan (RTC)

The San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA) is developing the RTC Plan which will provide guidance for a new competitive grant program. The new grant program will fund transit improvements that connect San Mateo County with San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Clara Counties.

Below, you can view the draft RTC Plan and provide input. The RTC Plan identifies policies that will guide the implementation of the RTC Program through planning, operating, and capital recommendations based on the ability of projects to improve regional access for San Mateo County residents, workers, and visitors.
